Wednesday, February 24th, 2010What natural resources will help Gastroparesis?
I was recently diagnosed with gastroparesis, and the music has not yet succeeded. Are there certain Food supplements or drinks like green tea, which are known to relieve some symptoms (especially nausea and vomiting) of this condition. Thanks
There are several things that can help you: * eat smaller meals more frequently. * Eat foods low fiber types, fiber and cooked fruits and vegetables instead of fruit and vegetables. * Select the most food with little fat, but if you can tolerate, add small portions of foods high in fat -- in the diet. * Avoid fruit and vegetable fiber, such as oranges, broccoli can cause the bezoars. * If the liquid is easier to swallow, try She, soups and mashed food. * Drink water at every meal. * Try to moderate physical activity after eating, such as walking. * Ginger tea can help, nausea, I hope you feel better.
